Copyright Information
Many authors want to know what they might need to do to ensure their work is protected by copyright laws. While you can research for your specific needs online, if you already know you'd like to include a copyright notice, you don't have to look far to find one you can model after. While you can get a lot of different examples online of copyright pages to add near the beginning of your book, I'll include one example below - your copyright page may look like this:
Copyright © <YEAR> <AUTHOR NAME>
All rights reserved. No part of this book may be reproduced in any form
or used in any manner such as stored in any retrieval system, or transmitted in any form by any means—electronic, mechanical, photocopy, recording, or otherwise—without prior written permission of the copyright owner except as provided by United States of America copyright law.
To request permissions, contact <PROFESSIONAL EMAIL>.

<Other ISBNs here for physical, audio>
If you need it, here's a symbol you can copy and paste in: © But if you want to match a particular font, you may wish to insert it from the selection of symbols in your word processing software of choice. This is usually not hard, but does vary from software to software.
